Near Cape Cod & Martha’s Vineyard
Wareham is a seaside town with a comfortable cost of living, tremendous diversity, and a growing business community. Along Cranberry Highway Route 6 you’ll find direct access to some of the area’s large national and local retailers, grocery stores, restaurants and multiple regional banks. Wareham is also conveniently located just west of Cape Cod and north of Martha’s Vineyard.
Additionally, the area’s main hospital (Tobey Hospital) and fire station less than three miles southeast of Great Hill. Access to Interstate 195 is less than a mile from Great Hill, which provides easy access to I 495 leading north to Boston just 45 miles east. Providence, RI is approximately 45 miles away, and Hartford, CT is about 133 miles away.
